Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for our Internet Service Provider (ISP) business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales and Promotion:
    • Promote and sell the company’s products and services to new and existing customers.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  2. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
    • Convert leads into potential customers by effectively communicating the value proposition.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
  4. Market Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  5. Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

Education Qualification:

  • Any Graduate from a recognized university.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
