Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for our Internet Service Provider (ISP) business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Promotion:
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to new and existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Convert leads into potential customers by effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
Education Qualification:
- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
